You will learn how to eat a whole-food plant-based diet for success, lasting energy and eating for nutrients vs. calories.
Format: 1.5 hour online-consultation
Option: For best results, option to start a 2-3 month coaching program with 30-60 min follow-up calls and personal guidance along your journey. This allows you to implement changes and get your questions answered for long-term success.
