I am working at Google and have experienced chronic health symptoms for over 15 years of my life. I know how it feels when symptoms slow you down, impact your performance and keep you from having the impact in the world you desire.
Unfortunately, the countless coffees, high-fat, high-protein diets, fasts, drugs and other stimulants don’t provide the outcomes we need to thrive and cause more harm in the long-run.
Neither does it help to put the blame on someone’s mindset or emotional intelligence, when the link between our mental and physical health is simply not understood. This only crashes someone’s confidence to the ground.
Understanding the root causes of burnout, fatigue, depression, anxiety, lack of energy, concentration issues, bloating, acid-reflux, digestive discomfort and many more symptoms is key to recovery.
My approach to health is based on the combination of hydration, nutrition and self-leadership. Those three pillars allow you to build the optimal foundation to thrive and let your body achieve it’s natural state of health.
The lifestyle habits I teach allow ambitious people to find true, vital energy, because it is specifically aligned with our body's energy management processes and self-rejuvenation abilities. Creating habits that work for you, not against you, is the key to high performance.
